Mark or Sandra McGlothlin conducts the walk-through personally when possible. They do not quote commercial cleaning over the phone without seeing the space.
Written proposal, flat rate.
You get a written quote with the full scope priced. Once the contract starts, the scope stays fixed. No surprise add-ons.
